RBH Sounds Moves Into New Facility

Venerable Speaker Manufacturer Relocates To State-Of-The-Art Offices Built Especially For Them.

CEDIA EXPO 2004 - Sept. 8 -12 - RCA Dome, Booth #1340 & SR -6 - RBH Sound is proud to announce the grand opening of their new offices and manufacturing facility located in Layton, Utah. The brand new building was built to RBH's specifications and incorporates approximately 9600 sq. ft. of offices and executive suites, and a customized home theater for product testing.

The new 46,400 sq. ft. building located at 382 N. Marshall Way, in Layton, Utah was built specifically to house the growing needs of the 28 -year old speaker manufacturer. "We simply ran out of room," stated National Sales Manager Daren Egan. "Our old buildings could no longer accommodate our increased production schedule and we had no room for our expanding staff. This new building affords us the space we need now, as well as allowing us to grow even more for years to come."

Ensuring no inferior product leaves the premises, the new building houses three separate testing rooms, including a customized home theater room as well as several quality control check points. Other high -tech amenities include a fully automated Vantage® lighting control system, a climate controlled data center, and a fully automated product tracking system. The FedEx® -powered tracking system will allow RBH, its dealers and reps to track vital shipments in real time, as well as generate emails to shipper and recipient when a product has been shipped and signed for.

The billing, production, shipping and receiving departments which until now, have been located in separate facilities, are combined in this new facility to enhance efficiency and customer service.

In the years to come, RBH will expand its business and product offerings by providing in -house product training sessions for its dealers and distributors in the new building's conference and training room. When it comes to new products or making existing products better, RBH has always elicited the advice and comments of its reps, dealers and distributors. Future training sessions will help RBH stay in constant contact with its valued dealer and distributor network and will provide the best insight into what is working and what their dealers need and want in future product designs.

Since 1976, RBH Sound has been designing, engineering and crafting high -performance loudspeaker systems, delivering superior acoustic reproduction at sensible prices.

ELK Products -C1M1 Dual-Path Alarm Communicators with Remote Services

C1M1 offers a truly significant reduction in transmission time in comparison to other communicators that rely on dial capture or data bus decoding. This can result in quicker response time to emergency situations which could save lives and assets. By providing both IP and cellular pathways, C1M1 provides the reliability installers are looking for in an alarm communicator. C1M1 eliminates port forwarding and extra fees for remote access. Installers can remotely upload/download programming changes to M1 controls over IP or cellular using ElkRP2. Consumers can control the M1 remotely via the free ElkLink mobile app and web portal, as well as eKeypad and M1 Touch Pro apps. Other IP-based software and interface partners can connect to the M1 control over the local network through C1M1. C1M1 also provides email/text notifications for arm, disarm, and alarm events. ELK-C1M14GSM supports GSM (AT&T/T-Mobile) networks and ELK-C1M1CDMA supports CDMA (Verizon) networks.
