hiphi/Audio LLC, manufacturer of compact home theater speaker systems brings to CEDIA 2004 the thiphi/Audio THT 8801 surround sound home theater speaker system. The THT 8801 incorporates several design innovations, including a digital control center incorporated into the center channel speaker, digital processing in the powered active subwoofer, and a digital IR credit card sized remote control.


The THT 8801 eliminates the need for a home theater receiver. Just add a DVD player and monitor source and you have a complete home theater setup. The THT 8801 has a small footprint design and is visually unobtrusive.

It is also equipped to support a full spectrum of other audio and audio/video source components with two optical, two coaxial digital audio, and three analog audio inputs. Full range 3" woofers in 7W x 4 satellites, 7W center channel speaker, 30 W RMS active subwoofer with 8" driver.
