David Keller Joins Furman Sound

David Keller joins the Furman team as Vice President of Business Development and International Sales

August 19, 2004 - Petaluma, California - Furman Sound, 2004 CEDIA booth 1065, the most widely recognized and trusted name in AC power conditioning, is proud to announce the ap -pointment of David Keller as Vice President of Business Development and International Sales.


Most recently, David Keller was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Envoy, the leading provider of online IP -address -based geographic intelligence since 2001. Prior to Digital Envoy, Mr. Keller had a three year tenure as the Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis, Indi -ana -based based Escient. With Escient, Mr. Keller worked with the family of TuneBase prod -ucts, PowerPlay, and Gracenote and Electronic Evolutions (formerly Tom Doherty, Inc.), com -bining the power of the Internet with the home entertainment, Custom Electronics, and Con -sumer Electronics industries.

Mr. Keller is a veteran and leader in the Consumer Electronics, Custom Electronics, and Systems Integration industries, coming to Furman Sound as a former board member of CEDIA - the Cus -tom Electronic Design & Installation Association. Mr. Keller was an active board member until 2001, when he left his position on the board of directors at CEDIA in order to pursue opportuni -ties with Digital Envoy.
