As sales manager, Mr. Grass will oversee sales functions for the entire company, both for staff members and customers. His duties include developing and implementing internal structures to achieve sales goals, organizing new product launches, and planning and executing AVAD's hallmark education programs, which train dealers on how to get the most benefit from every product and system installed.

Having served in top sales, marketing and training positions with Lutron since 1998, Grass proves to be a great addition to AVAD Northern California's team. Past experience includes: Windows Systems CA Account Manager (2003), RadioRA Product Line Manager (2002), National Accounts HTD Manager (1999 -2001), Southeastern Accounts Manager (1998 -1999). Graduating with honors, Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
