First 802.11g Wireless Pan/Tilt Webcam

Anaheim, CA - May 17, 2004 - Eagletron and Compex are first to market with an 802.11g wireless pan/tilt

webcam system, developed jointly by the two companies.

The two companies recently announced a partnership package to combine the Eagletron TrackerCam® and the
Compex NetPassage26G -USB. The duo will allow consumers to remotely view live streaming video from a
webcam while being able to point and swivel the webcam with the option of doing this wirelessly.

The NP26G -USB 802.11g 54Mbps broadband router enables the package to function as a wireless pan and tilt
webcam through its webcam server capability. The NP26G -USB is the only router with two USB ports which
support a TrackerCam and PC camera. The Compex router communicates either wirelessly or over Ethernet
cabling to your computer station so you may view video and control the camera's movement from a web browser
anywhere. Eagletron's TrackerCam includes a high -quality CCD camera that it can pan and tilt at over 100
degrees per second.

The two companies have combined their respective expertise in wireless communications and robotic camera
control to produce the package available for under $300. Compex's NP26G -USB and Eagletron's TrackerCam®
USB robotic webcam bundled package heightens standard webcam technology with camera movement and
wireless mobility, enabling a wider range of uses for the consumer.

In celebration of the partnership, Compex and Eagletron have included rebate coupons with the two products to
