FAIRFAX, VA, May 13, 2004 - The International Communications Industries Association, Inc.® (ICIA®) has released the first quarterly InfoComm iQ Trend Report, which tracks the research data of more than 50,000 AV product buyers, designers and resellers each month. The InfoComm iQ Trend Report is based on real data compiled from over 1,500,000 unique online sessions and over 4,250,000 page views in ICIA's massive iQ product database in the past 12 months. The comprehensive report employs a three -tier structure covering 25 first -tier product categories and more than 1,450 second - and third -tier product categories.
"The Trend Report provides valuable market intelligence to AV manufacturers, dealers, integrators, design consultants and product marketing executives," said Randal A. The report is based on data of audiovisual (AV) product information from 467 manufacturers. Currently, the iQ catalogs average around 150,000 unique sessions by more than 60,000 uniquely different users per month.
