Award Winning Digital Home Entertainment Software, ShowShifter DVB, Expected To Be Highlight Of Mediacast 2004

Home Media Networks Ltd, developer of network -capable home entertainment software, today announces that it will be exhibiting at the leading event for digital media distribution technology - Mediacast. Home Media Networks will be demonstrating the latest digital version of its award winning media center application, ShowShifter, and its potential for dedicated home entertainment systems on stand D72.

Held from 25 -27 May 2004 at ExCel, London, Mediacast will bring together over 5,000 international operators, content providers, retailers, distributors and installers to discover fresh opportunities, meet knowledgeable people, and hear about the application of cutting -edge technologies from the people who are actually devising them.

ShowShifter enables users to watch, record and time -shift (pause) analogue and digital TV, play DVDs, CDs and MP3 music files all through one simple interface. The ability to control ShowShifter with a remote control and its unique Farview interface enables the consumer to use the product from anywhere in the room with a unified interface for all home entertainment components (DVR, DVD, CD, etc. players), as with conventional home entertainment products.
