In addition, renowned industry business leaders Bernie Sapienza and Steve Hayes will lead seminars and workshops for attendees. Scheduled to be held from May 13 - 16, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington, Kentucky, the ELAN TRIO 2004 Summit is an exclusive, invitation only event that will bring together 400 of ELAN's top Dealers, VIA!® Integration Partners (VIPs), and Independent Sales Reps from around the world to experience and participate in a truly unique industry forum that will feature a wide array of sales and technical training, business education, informative and inspiring keynote speakers, and networking opportunities.

Nationally recognized author ('Making Work Work'), speaker, executive coach and TRIO Keynote Speaker, Scott Hunter, will open the Summit on Friday morning, May 14, 2004, with a presentation entitled Relationship is Key! Creating Partnerships that Work. In this enlightening Keynote speech, Mr. Hunter will relate how true success, in both business and life, depends on the quality of the relationships one develops with colleagues, customers, reps and manufacturers, as well as family, friends and the community.

Keynote speaker and co -author of 'The Experience Economy,' James Gilmore will deliver a provocative Friday Lunch Keynote speech entitled Create Compelling Customer Experiences, Everyday! Customers Just Want to Have Fun, in which he will teach attendees how to create rich, compelling experiences that will excite and delight their clientele - - from the moment they enter the show room to the last contact they have with your company.

"Creator of Experiences", Giovanni Livera, will give his Keynote presentation entitled The Magic of ELAN - Anything is Possible on Saturday morning, May 15, 2004. The perfect person to capture and share the great passion of ELAN and the custom installation industry, Mr. Livera is a calibrator of the human spirit and potential. In his Keynote, he will share how anything is possible when it is approached with positive energy, originality, passion, and heart.

On Friday afternoon, special industry guest speaker and former CEDIA President Steve Hayes will teach a course entitled Common Profit Leaks and How to Plug Them. This high impact, interactive course will help attendees identify their biggest problems and offer resolution ideas, tools and tips.
