Integrated Systems Europe Announces Amsterdam RAI Centre as 2005 Show and Congress Site

Pan-European Show for AV Communications, Residential Systems, and Electronic Systems Integration to be held in January 2005.

March 20, 2004 - Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the electronic systems integration show, has selected the Amsterdam RAI Centre as the location for next year's event. As a major international air and rail hub, Amsterdam was chosen as a result of numerous consultations with the show's exhibitors and visitors. The RAI Centre is a state of the art exhibition hall which annually hosts many of Europe's premier trade shows. ISE will be held 26 -28 January and will be an opportunity for exhibitors to launch their 2005 business plans and products.

ISE offers the latest electronic systems technologies, up to date market information, and the most comprehensive education program ever seen in Europe. The exhibition caters to systems integrators, consultants, installers, dealers, distributors as well as the buyers of professional audiovisual, residential systems, and electronic systems.

ISE '05, now in preparation, will build on the success of this year's inaugural event at the PALEXPO in Geneva, Switzerland. This year's show attracted 3,489 attendees from over 60 countries, as well as 120 exhibitors from 22 nations. In its inaugural offering, ISE demonstrated the strength of its Pan -European approach and the need for a trade show that focuses on systems, rather than isolated products and services.

"We're very pleased with the success and acceptance of the initial show," said ISE Managing Director Mike Blackman. "ISE exceeded exhibitors' expectations. They reported very good business at the event and are planning to return for '05. With new companies joining the event, we expect to increase the number and size of exhibits in Amsterdam."

"I can confidently say that it was one of the best shows that we have ever attended." Toshiba Lighting & Technology Corporation

"We were pleased with the Show and would like to repeat it again in 2005." Mitsubishi Electric Europe

"The turn -out and the attendance were surprisingly good and the interest about our home theatre technology was great." Runco

"The ISE really is a good show - extremely busy, with a nice mix of many countries." Crestron International

Highlights of ISE '04 included a pre -show Business Conference focusing on market trends for the European industry that drew approximately 100 attendees. The show's extensive program of more than 45 workshops and seminars offered technical and business training to more than 300 attendees.

ISE '05 will continue with its emphasis on a trade show that has exhibitors which reflect the full array of products that make up integrated communications systems. It will also continue with education programs needed by attendees to make these systems work and to profit from them. Finally, the ISE Business Conference will return to further the inaugural efforts to define the size and opportunities in the European integrated systems market.
