Strategic Vista To Introduce Advanced Digital Technologies to Security Industry

The agreement with Wooju includes the development of next generation security products utilizing their advanced digital technologies.

Toronto, Ontario, March 25, 2004 - Strategic Vista International Inc. ("SVII") [TSX: SVI] subsidiary Digimerge Technologies Inc. ("Digimerge"), a technology leader in the video security, surveillance and communications arena, today announced that it has signed an exclusive 5 year strategic agreement with leading -edge technology manufacturer Wooju Communications Co. Ltd. ("Wooju").


The agreement with Wooju includes the development of next generation security products utilizing their advanced digital technologies, as well as product distribution in the United States and Canada under the DIGIMERGE brand name.

This strategic partnership allows the SVII group of companies to introduce leading edge security solutions to targeted vertical markets. Wooju's leading -edge hardware and software products will offer Digimerge a technical edge in the marketplace, and allow the Company to target security VARs and I.T. system integrators with an exciting line of new solutions. Marketing will begin immediately, and product sales will begin to add to the top line by Q3 2004.

The new line -up of DIGIMERGE products will be publicly launched during the ISC West 2004 trade show from March 30th to April 2nd in Las Vegas, NV.
