MORRISTOWN, New Jersey, January 8, 2004 -Mission, the British manufacturer that has introduced some of the world's most innovative, high -performance audio products over more than 25 years, will showcase its new volare loudspeaker series at CES 2004 (Hilton Suite HC1310). Reflecting Mission's commitment to bring U.S. consumers the very best in audio performance with unmatched design and lifestyle -enhancing benefits, volare loudspeakers combine sonic excellence with furniture -quality, real -wood cabinetry. To provide users with the broadest range of aesthetic choice, each volare speaker is available in one of three finishes, either black ash with graphite trim, beech with silver trim or cherry with graphite trim.

Mission's new five -model volare series is a stylish, state -of -the -art line -up that includes the v63 tower monitor, named EISA European loudspeaker of the year 2003 -2004, as well as bookshelf and floor - standing models, all fine -tuned by Mission engineers to meet the challenging demands of today's high -resolution audio/video, DVD and music formats. Ideal for either stereo or multi -channel home theater, the combination of wide bandwidth and stunning dynamic range in the volare series brings music sources and movie soundtracks to life.

New Driver Technologies For Maximum Performance
Key to volare's extraordinary performance characteristics is the use of Paramid Drivers. Specially developed for the optimum combination of low resonance and high rigidity, Mission's Paramid Drivers utilize a sandwich of aramid fiber and pulp paper, resulting in outstanding midrange qualities combined with strong, clean and detailed bass output.

Treble output in the volare series is handled by Mission's equally advanced Microfiber treble driver technology, featuring a new enhancement of the Mission microfibre 25mm dome incorporating a lightweight voice coil and neodymium magnet for wide dynamic range and bandwidth. Mission's volare series will be available in the first quarter of 2004 at suggested retail prices ranging from $449 to $1,349.
