Charmed Quark Software has released version 1.1.2 of it`s software based control and automation suite for Windows. This new version includes a number of new drivers and improvements.
Version 1.1.2 of CQC, Charmed Quark Software`s control and automation software suite, has been posted for download on the Charmed Quark web site. This version introduces new drivers for the Denon 3803 A/V receiver, NAD T762 A/V receiver, and Focus Enhancements CS -2 video scaler, along with a good number of small but useful improvements and fixes.
CQC is a Windows based, network distribuetd, secure control and automation system which supports IR, X -10, serial, socket, and USB based devices. It integrates a very powerful back end and highly interactive graphical front end into a single package which can be managed from anywhere on the network. It include a general purpose object oriented macro and device driver development language, with a graphical development environment. It is user account based, to allow for graduated access to features by family members.
CQC is available for free download for 30 day trial period, during which time it is unencumbered. If you decide to buy, you can just license your existing installation, maintaining any customization you`ve done during the trial period.
