Responding to the needs of today`s homeowner, Land Tejas has introduced master -planned communities with villages, lakes and guard -gated neighborhoods, each with its own recreational facilities and advanced in -home technologies. `At Land Tejas, we`ve always been 'thinking ahead' by installing structured wiring and networking in all our new homes," explains Al Brende, Land Tejas's co -founder and principal. "HAI`s security and automation systems are a perfect fit for our customers so we used our volume buying power to get the best home automation installed at the best price for our buyers.`

Included as standard is HAI's OmniLT controller and console, security system and telephone access. The system is custom installed in the home`s structured wiring enclosure.
