WATERTOWN, CT - Each year, the University of Connecticut Family Business Program pays tribute to the most successful family firms in the state of Connecticut in three separate categories: small -sized businesses, medium -sized businesses and large -sized businesses. The Siemon Company is proud to announce that it was chosen as the 2003 winner in the large business category.


Over 1500 companies competed for the award. Winners were chosen by a panel of judges comprised of industry experts, academicians and peers, and were evaluated on a number of different strengths:

· Dynamic contributions to community and industry
· Innovative business practices or strategies
