AVAD Names Frank White as D2B Project Manager

Frank White to oversee AVAD`s Dealer to Builder program as the D2B Project Manager.

White was appointed to oversee the program's progress, ensuring each segment of the AVAD initiative follows schedule and meets outlined objectives.
