Middle Atlantic Products Debuts Rotating Slide Out Rack System

New Slide Out Rack System Improves Access to Equipment Connections

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, September 5, 2003 - A new rotating slide out rack system that resides within custom designed millwork, the new AX -SXR from Middle Atlantic Products is ideal for large custom home theater installations, distributed music systems and whole -house control equipment. The new model has features that allow entire bays of equipment to install flush into walls or millwork and roll out for service and installation with the additional benefit of rotating in either direction for enhanced access to rear equipment connections.

The AX -SXR easily mounts directly into millwork and walls while still permitting quick and easy access to the rear of equipment, saving time during installation and, later, during service calls. Rotating design facilitates access to rear connections, while saving valuable living space. The rack, with a 20" useable depth, is available in rack frame heights from 15 to 43 spaces and can accommodate up to 650 pounds of equipment with proper weight distribution. The new AX -SXR is ideal for the residential market with a flush -mount design that enhances the aesthetics of the home theater installations.

The entire line of Middle Atlantic Products AXS Series slide out rack systems includes exceptional cable management functionality and accommodations for top -mount fans, which help to extend the life of and reduce the maintenance of today's sensitive electronic components. Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
