Always striving to be better, faster and more responsive to our customers' needs, Runco launches its most comprehensive service program to date; including expanded warranties, regional account teams, an enhanced web site and continuation of 24/7 tech support.

Runco is now offering a full two -year warranty on parts and labor for all projectors, video processors and controllers and a 6 month/1000 hours on all projector lamps. All Runco plasma models will carry a three -year warranty on parts and labor (electronics) with one year on the plasma glass panel.

Runco is committed to continuing to offer its clients technical support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. When application circumstances create challenges that require one -of -a -kind solutions, Runco will be there.
