Midon Design announces the availability of TEMP08, a new serial to 1 -Wire(tm) converter that provides an easy to use interface to the many Maxim 1 -Wire environmental sensors available today.

Many different flavors of 1 -Wire sensors are available today to provide you with information about temperature, humidity, rain, wind, atmospheric pressure, even door open/closed status. TEMP08 offers an easy to use way of getting the data from these sensors and presenting them to your PC for further processing. Use the data to control sprinkler systems, HVAC, alarm systems, etc.

Midon Design offers the TEMP08 and related 1 -Wire sensors to Home Automation enthusiasts world -wide.
