OpenPeak Filing New Round Of Key Patent Applications --- ADDITIONAL PATENT APPLICATION FILINGS WILL EXPAND COMPANY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PORTFOLIO
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA AND INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - September 4, 2003 - OpenPeak Inc., a software company focused on simplifying control and communication across electronic devices within wireless environments, today announced it will file a new round of patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Earlier this year, OpenPeak filed patent applications relating to its wireless control and communication software offerings.
