Xabler Forms Strategic Alliance with EagleGate Associates for Worldwide Sales

EagleGate becomes the sales arm of Xabler Inc.

June 29, 2003: Xabler Inc. of Provo, Utah announces the signing of an agreement with EagleGate Associates, Inc., also of Utah, in which EagleGate will assume responsibility for Xabler's worldwide sales in the fast -growing home and business automation market. According to Kent Gividen of Xabler, "Keeping up with sales and inquiries resulting from the announcement of our new Xabler 2.0 software has been a challenge to our organization. Bringing in the expertise of EagleGate will enable us to serve a vast dealer channel while our current team focuses on engineering and marketing." "We have never signed up so many dealers in such a short time - we're already receiving serious requests from Europe and as far away as Australia," reports Howard Petersen, VP of channel sales for EagleGate.


EagleGate Associates, Inc., is a market development company that has assisted the likes of PowerQuest, Altiris, Falconstor, Oracle and IBM in building sales channels in the United States and abroad. It's president, Roydon Olsen, is a veteran of international business who has served as Vice President of International Sales for Cheyenne Software (later a division of Computer Associates) and as Director of International Business Development for Novell, Inc. Mr. Olsen will serve on Xabler's Board of Directors. "It's hard to contain our enthusiasm for the Xabler product line. Xabler's team has done everything right, and there is a tremendous synergy between our organizations," Olsen stated. "There is now a team of five national account managers in place and growing," added Petersen.

The new tandem is looking forward to the public launch of Xabler's new 2.0 software version and its Digital Music Server (DMS) products at the annual CEDIA show in Indianapolis in early September.
