Leviton Acquires Structured Wiring Division of Listman Home Technologies

Leviton Manufacturing Company announced today it has acquired the Structured Wiring Division of Listman Home Technologies, a premier developer of user-friendly residential hardware and software networking solutions.

Little Neck, NY, July 18, 2003 -Leviton Manufacturing Company announced today it has acquired the Structured Wiring Division of Listman Home Technologies, a premier developer of user -friendly residential hardware and software networking solutions. Leviton Integrated NetworksTM, the company's structured wiring division, will assume responsibility for Listman's inventory and service centers, including the sophisticated software and website it has developed for management of installed systems. Leviton will also now support Masco Contracting Services, Listman's existing distribution partner.


Daryoush Larizadeh, Vice President of Strategic Business Enterprises for Leviton Manufacturing indicated, "This agreement increases Leviton's distribution in the residential structured wiring marketplace through Listman's installation relationship with Masco Contractor Services. It also enhances our offering with Listman's sophisticated software that registers contractors and tracks the installation quality."
