a/v/a tech, formerly located in Attleboro, MA, announced today that the company has relocated their base of operations to new offices in Charlotte, NC, in order to better serve their existing and future clients across the country.

Charlotte, NC - July 18, 2003 - a/v/a tech, formerly located in Attleboro, MA, announced today that the company has relocated their base of operations to new offices in Charlotte, NC, in order to better serve their existing and future clients across the country.

"I am very happy to announce the relocation of a/v/a tech to the Charlotte, NC area," stated Keith Davis, President. "After a single year in operation, we saw the demand for our services grow to the point that we were no longer serving just the New England region, but the entire eastern half of the country. We made the decision to relocate to NC because of our strong ties to the southeast, the proximity of Charlotte to major CE markets and convenience of a major airport."

Davis continued, "Our strong relationship with D -Tools as a Certified Partner has provided many opportunities to work with dealers from many different areas, and we chose to move our offices to a more central region of the country. Our work in the northeast has been the foundation of our business success to date, but as we took on additional clients, we found that we were traveling greater distances to serve out customers in the southern half of the country. It made good business sense to move to a more central location in order to lessen our costs while improving our response times to client's needs for consulting and training services."

a/v/a tech's new office also includes space dedicated to the training environment, and their goal is to provide superior D -Tools dealer training at their new location. "A dealer or his staff can come to our facility for two days and focus solely on the learning tasks at hand, and not be interrupted by the day -to -day operations of his office," said Davis. "This ability to concentrate on the training curriculum will allow the dealer to gain a greater understanding of the software application, and they will leave knowing they have absorbed as much as possible on the use and implementation of this industry's leading design and proposal software. Customized training helps dealers of all sizes maximize their return on investment on this powerful tool."
