Savoy Automation has initiated its Charter Dealer Program

Homeowners can now combine the processing power of the personal computer with the flexibility of the Internet to control appliances, home theatre products, heating and ventilation, lighting and security systems with today's introduction of Savoy/CyberHouse 3.1 from Savoy Automation, a leading provider of Windows-based software for integrating home infrastructure with information system networks. Savoy/CyberHouse 3.1 is a software package that establishes a Household WebÔ using the standard Internet protocol, TCP/IP. The TCP/IP protocol enables homeowners to monitor and control their home systems either on site or remotely over the Internet.

At HAA show Savoy Automation software was on display in many booths. In Cutler-Hammer's booth we displayed EnergyOne software with the Power Manager. Dealers viewed integration to HVAC, security (user codes, fire alarm, etc.), and energy consumption, plus load shedding. At the ELK booth we show dealers how to integrate any security system to the Magic Module along with ELK touch key, Magic voice, and X-10. Over at the Lightolier booth we had a PC touch screen controlling all of Lightolier's lighting controls: Multi-set, Multi-set Pro, and Brilliance. Savoy Automation has initiated its Charter Dealer Program. A charter Dealer has a special relationship with Savoy in many areas. Savoy will commit to the Charter Dealers in the United States, a comprehensive training, marketing, selling, and support program. Savoy will custom tailor a special training program which will certify all Charter dealers in the technical aspects of Savoy's products at no cost. Savoy will deliver comprehensive sales and marketing program for each Charter dealer, customized to their needs at no cost. Savoy will provide hands on co selling support for major sales at our expense. Savoy will prepare marketing material, mailings and promotional programs for each Charter Dealer. Savoy will provide proposal and design assistance. Savoy will promote Charter Dealers on their Web site and include their special content of information. Savoy will provide access to advance new products and conduct special technical focus groups to meet Charter Dealers needs. Finally, Savoy will provide 24 hours, 7 days a week access to technical and customer support with a 15-minute response time.
