X-10 has made their Remote Controlled Screw-In Lamp Module more compact.

Closter, NJ, October 10, 1998: The LM15A Remote Controlled Screw-in Lamp Module has no code wheels for a compact design. Its code is set up from any X-10 controller and it then remembers this code, even if the power fails. It lets you turn on and off ceiling lights or outdoor lights by remote control.. Lights can also be set on a timer to go on and off at a preset time* or even go on automatically at dusk.* The LM15A Screw-in Lamp Module screws into an existing light socket before you screw in the bulb, eliminating the need to re-wire switch operated lights.
