READER: the following lines are read by the Axis server in support of task management
             processing. 
             Here, the important line is the second line calling for the execution of 
             the PHP file MoneyShot.php3, once, and immune from system interruption,  
             every zero'th, twentieth, and fortieth second of every minute of every day.

             i.e. uploading an image from the camera to an internet destination defined in 
             the PHP3 script file.

             While this task is predicated on time, it could just as easily be triggered
             by external events such as motion detection, relay closure, loss of video, 
             etc.
