SwitchLinc 2-Way can control other switches for scene lighting, and also controls appliances, heating & air conditioning, and (with the help of an infrared controller) audio/video equipment. It can be queried by intelligent controllers to confirm its on/off/brightness level, giving the installer/homeowner the reliability and other benefits of more expensive, labor-intensive hardwired switches.

Each SwitchLinc 2-Way dimmer has an easily programmable primary address, and can be a member of up to 64 lighting scenes. The brightness level at which SwitchLinc 2-Way comes on and the rate at which it ramps up are both fully adjustable. Eight brightness LEDs on the side of the switch display the current brightness level of the controlled lighting circuit.

Other features include true rocker action, preset dim, soft-start, 600 or 1,000 watt load control, multi-way lighting capabilities, and a nightlight/status light LED that makes the switch easy to locate in the dark and displays powerline communication activity.
