Further, in addition to providing superior products, we strive to bring you the best customer service. We put an extra emphasis on customer care and building a personal relationship with our customers. Our products are created with you in mind every step of the way: from the initial product conception, all the way to your doorstep.

Which technologies do your products use to communicate with each other and how does it work?

Our home automation items are connected using a WiFi connection, or the WPS button on the router. The free app must be used for the setup if you are using WiFi, and must be used to control the product. Once connected to the router, it then uses our cloud system to connect you to your home from anywhere in the world.

Do your products communicate with products from other manufacturers using a standard protocol? (which one)

Not as of right now, however it is something that we are currently on working toward.

What types of devices do you manufacture or provide?

  • Network Devices
  • Lighting and Automation Devices
  • Entertainment System Control Devices
  • Smart sprinkler (Coming Soon)

Can your products be installed by the homeowner or are special skills and tools required?

Instructions are very simple, and can be installed by any customer who has access to a smartphone.

In a short paragraph or 2 please describe how your products fit into a Smart Home scenario and how they are set up to work together to perform automated tasks.

The simplicity of our products and the robustness of our cloud creates the perfect combination to place almost any of our current or future products in the category of Smart Home solutions. Regarding our Smart Plugs they can be used to turn the power on or off to a single outlet, or grouped to operate the power at several outlets within your home or office, turning the on or off with the push of a single button on your mobile device. Our soon to come Smart Lamp socket also works in the same way, with the added convenience that all of our products can also be controlled remotely. Another future product currently in production is the smart sprinkler. This device will use weather forecast information to water your plants or lawn more accurately without the excessive waste of water. This kind of technology combined with the right scheduling options set by the product users can create excellent scenarios in order for our cloud and devices to perform perfect automated tasks.

Platinum Tools EZ-RJPRO Termination Pod

Our new EZ-RJPRO Termination Pod is designed for the professional installer providing everything he needs for consistent, repeatable terminations and overall quicker and easier installations," explained John Phillips, Platinum Tools, Inc. product manager. "This heavy duty kit is the perfect solution when working with both delicate as well as high performance, larger OD cables that are tougher to terminate due to larger wire gauges, thicker, harder insulation on the conductors and pair separating splines. Not only will you overcome these connectivity obstacles but you can be assured that every termination will meet FCC specifications.
